Devan McConnell is the High Performance Director for the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League. McConnell goal is to maximize performance, minimize injury risk, optimize fitness and nutrition levels and execute comprehensive training regiments. Justin Soderberg and Devan also reminisce about their time covering the UMass Lowell River Hawks and coaching them, respectively, during the the 2010's.
